Medowie Netball Club player Mackenzie Bohan, has spent the last three days catching the eye of NSW Selectors and is off to represent NSW as part of the National Championships in September.
NSW Primary Schools Sports Association (NSWPSSA) provides opportunities for primary students to participate in competitive sport at the state level and above.
And the last three days have seen a team from the Hunter battle it out at Netball NSW Netball Central up against 13 other regions from across NSW.
Hunter had an outstanding three days of competition - undefeated and come away as the NSW PSSA State Champions.
This is a fantastic achievement from a talented young team who were able to showcase their strengths on the court, taking the eye of the NSW Selectors.
Four Hunter athletes were selected into the NSW Team that will head off to Nationals later this year.
