Netball NSW introduces the Netty Way, a coaching philosophy developed by Netball NSW using research, feedback from netball players and the experience of their team.
The Netty Way guide is designed for first time coaches to help them coach netball beginners in a fun and engaging way.

Start by reading the full guide (below), this will explain the Netty Way philosophy and how to bring it to life. Then follow the 8 week by week training sessions and plans, coaching templates and other tips.
Netball NSW will also be offering a live zoom session on 13 June 7pm to talk through the Netty Way program and answer any questions that you may have.
To register for this session all coaches must be registered as a non-player in PlayHQ.
