The Port Stephens Netball Association Annual General Meeting and first Council Meeting of the year will be held on Wednesday 12 March 2025. Registered Financial Member Clubs are invited to attend in-person. The first Council Meeting will commence immediately following the AGM.

AGM will commence at 6.30pm, first Council Meeting to follow.
The team off the court is the key enabler, for the active participation of the teams on the courts, through our competitions and programs that are delivered in season 2025.
So, to ensure that we start right for season 2025, we want you to consider taking on one of our many important roles.
At the AGM eligible members will elect 2025 elected Executive Committee that is made up of the following roles:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Representative Convenor
Games Services Convenor
Technical Services Convenor
The AGM will also see the following Convenor roles become available:
All-Abilities Convenor (this is new in 2025)
NetSetGo Convenor (this is new in 2025)
Boys and Mens Convenor (this is new in 2025)
Canteen Convenor
Carnival Convenor
Coaching Convenor
Competitions Convenor
Grounds Convenor
Selections Convenor
Umpires Convenor
Assistant Treasurer (supports the Representative Program)
Member Protection Officer
Appointments of delegates will also occur for the following roles:

Netball NSW
At the first Council Meeting the following Sub Committee's will be formed:

Grounds Committee
